HOURS OF OPERATION

January thru April – 8 am until 7 pm

May thru December – 8 am until Dusk

Closed for grooming Mon. – Fri. from 12 pm until 2 pm.

• Tennis courts are available on a first come, first serve basis.  No reservations are required.

​

• Proper tennis attire, including tennis shoes appropriate to the surface being played upon, must be worn at all times. No bathing suits allowed. Men must wear shirts.

 

• During prime season, courts are available for 1½ hour time slots ONLY on Monday-Friday (8:00-9:30 OR 9:30-11:00). Restrictions do not apply for court time after 11:00 am.

 

• Tennis courts close for grooming Mon. – Fri. from 12 pm until 2 pm.

      (May vary based on time of year and/or weather conditions).

 

• During prime season (Jan. – Apr.) day guests (not staying on property) are not allowed on courts between the hours of 8 am and 12 pm.

 

• Owner/Resident must be present with their day guest/guests and are only allowed up to 3 guests at a time.

 

• The recreational facility does not have parking. Residents and their guests must use the parking associated with the association they are residing in, and have a valid PARKING PERMIT (for residents) or YELLOW DAY PASS (day guests).

 

• Tennis Ball Machine is available to rent between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.  The cost is $10.00 for 1 hour.

• Complimentary equipment is available for use in the breezeway under the clubhouse pavilion.
