HOURS OF OPERATION

January thru April – 8 am until 7 pm

May thru December – 8 am until Dusk

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis.  No reservations are required.

 

• During prime season (Jan. – Apr.) Pickleball courts are restricted to round robin doubles play from 8 am until 12 PM unless the courts are not occupied.  If people are waiting to play, no singles play is allowed.  In round robin, players should rotate off the court when they lose or after 20 minutes of play if they continue to win.  No reservation required.

• During prime season (Jan. – Apr.) day guests (not staying on property) are not allowed on courts between the hours of 8 am and 12 pm.

 

• Owner/Resident must be present with their day guest/guests and are only allowed up to 3 guests at a time.

 

• The recreational facility does not have parking. Residents and their guests must use the parking associated with the association they are residing in, and have a valid PARKING PERMIT (for residents) or YELLOW DAY PASS (day guests).

• Complimentary equipment is available in the plastic storage shed along the  fenceline closest to the parking lot
