We are a private, gated, beachside recreation club located on sunny Marco Island, the perfect setting for an active and fun lifestyle! As the Master Association for South Seas Condominiums, we offer our residents access to top-notch facilities and amenities that cater to different interests and activities.

Additional Amenities
Recreation Court
Located on Court 5, closest to Seaview Court, our recreation court has two shuffle ball courts, two bocce ball courts, cornhole, and a 9-hole putting green. You will find all of the equipment you need conveniently located in the storage cabinets along the fenceline.
Fitness Center
Our fitness center is located under the pavillion facing Clam Bay. You will find a Peloton, a stationary bike, an elliptical, and free weights. You can gain access to this facility via your pedestrian gate key.
Beach Walkway
Take a stroll along our private beach walkway in between towers 2 and 3 that leads to white sand beaches and a beautiful view of the Gulf. You can access this with your pedestrian gate key.
Kayak Storage
Kayak storage is available on the north side of the pavillion. Please contact the club for rental availability.
