Marine Facilities
South Seas Club has boat slips available for lease on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You must have a valid condo lease agreement to lease a slip or a dry rack. For boat slip leases you will need to have current boat registration and insurance on file with your lease agreement. Dry rack storage for kayaks and paddleboards is available on a yearly basis only.
