Managed by Resort Management, South Seas Club is a corporation comprised of four members, all condominium associations- South Seas North, South Seas East, South Seas West, and South Seas Northwest. The "Club" acts as a Master Association for these associations. Individual unit owners within the South Seas complex are members of their respective associations only and not members of South Seas Club. Access to the South Seas complex is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by St. Moritz Security. Residents are required to pre-authorize their guests.
