Welcome to South Seas Club, we are glad you have chosen us as your vacation destination. 

It is mandatory that every guest registers with the Association’s Office of the building you are staying in upon your arrival.  If you arrive after normal business hours, you must register on the next business day.  Failure to register could result in being denied access and/or fines. 

PARKING

When you arrive, you will receive a YELLOW DAY PASS that is valid until the next business day and must be exchanged for a PARKING PERMIT from the Association Office when you register. (All guests must register regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not).  The parking permit will be valid for the remainder of your stay.  Please keep in mind, passes and/or permits must be visible at all times.  Vehicles parked without a valid yellow day pass or parking permit may be towed or ticketed at the owner’s expense.  You must stop at the guard house each time you enter the property and allow the guard to verify your pass or permit.  The right lane is for barcode use only.  If you do not have a barcode, you must use the left lane to enter.  If you would like to purchase a barcode, please check with your Association’s Office.  Each Association may have different requirements.

GUEST AUTHORIZATION

The guard on duty can only accept guest authorization via the voicemail system.  To use the voicemail system, YOU MUST REGISTER WITH YOUR ASSOCIATION’S PROPERTY MANAGER. Guards cannot accept verbal authorization in person nor by telephone.  Visitors will not be admitted without prior authorization via the voicemail system.  Upon your guest’s arrival, they must identify themselves and the full address and unit number to be visited.  If they don’t know where they are going, they will be denied access.

This number can only be accessed by registered phone numbers and access with expire upon check out from South Seas.
