Are there kayaks available to rent?
No, all kayaks, paddleboards, etc. are privately owned.
Do I have to make a reservation to use the tennis or pickleball courts?
Nope! All courts are first come first serve. When the courts are full, they are restricted to round robin play.
Is there equipment available to rent?
All equipment is complimentary. We just ask that you take care of it and put it back when you're done using it!
How do I call in a guest or vendor?
To call in a guest or vendor, your phone number must be registered in the system. This is done upon registration in your building. Then all you need to do is call 239-307-5922 and you will be prompted to leave your guest/vendor's information. If you are an owner, you can also utilize the CheckPoint app.
I am interested in renting/ buying a unit. Do you have a leasing office?
No, all sales must go through a realtor.
Can I reserve the pavilion for a private event?
You are more than welcome to reserve the pavilion, however it is a common area so if someone else wishes to use the space at the same time, they are free to do so.
I am an owner/renter and my friend has a boat. Can they lease a slip?
No. To rent a boat slip you must be an owner in South Seas or a renter with a valid rental agreement.
